What counts as our headcount?
Your band follows the total staff count recorded in Settings, not the number of people who sign in. Because staff never hold accounts, headcount is a number you set and update yourself, not a seat count.
Do our staff need seats or accounts?
No. Staff never authenticate and never hold an account. They reach HighSign through a shared link, and lookups are unlimited at every band.
What currency are prices in, and do they include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, as set out in the Terms.
Where is our data hosted?
Data is hosted in Australia (Sydney). See the Trust page for the full detail on hosting, security and data handling.
Can we cancel, and what happens to our data?
Yes, any time, from the billing portal. You can also request data export or deletion at any point.
What happens when we move between bands?
The band you are billed at follows your recorded team size. Features never change between bands; there is no feature ladder to climb.
Is anything held back at the larger bands?
No. Every band gets the whole product. For mid-market and enterprise, “sales-assisted” means onboarding and a security review are included as part of getting started, not a gate you have to pass to use the product.
